Anne Scott Sprague of Guilford, wife of 64 years to Seth Sprague died on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 in CT Hospice, Branford. She was born in 1930 in Hamden, CT, daughter of the late John and Helen Hauser. She was predeceased by a son, Ralph E. Sprague II, and three sisters Mary Tranquist, Beatrice Hauser and Dorothy Warner. She is survived by her daughters Linda Sprague, Helen (John) Ouellette, Dawn (Steve) Foley and her son Seth Sprague II. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Anne Foley, Catherine Foley, Steve (Catherine) Foley, Kelly Foley, Andrew Turner and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Anne graduated from Hamden High School in 1948 and went on to New Haven State Teachers College and also attended Pierre School of Art in West Haven. She was a former member of the Guilford Art League.
Funeral Services will be held privately in Alder Brook Cemetery, Boston St, Guilford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Scott may be made to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd, Branford, CT 09405.
