Survived by Joseph Finta, her companion of 23 years, of Madison, CT. Also survived by several nieces and nephews, a son Carl Richards of Portland, CT, two grandchildren and her sister Evelyn Smith of Central Falls, RI.
Louise grew up in Rhode Island where graduated from Pawtucket High School. She moved to CT, living in Portland and East Hampton.
