In Guilford, Tuesday, November 4, 2014, Alice Dadourian of 2 Granite Rd, Guilford, CT. Alice was born September 7, 1923 in Princeton, NJ, daughter of the late Essaiy (Jack) and Schnorik (Grace) Bandaian Bahadurian. Loving mother of Katherine Dadourian of San Diego, CA and Jacqueline Dadourian of St. Johnsbury, VT. Also survived by five grandchildren, Karen, Beth, John, Craig, Allison, seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two brothers and a sister.
Mrs. Dadourian was vice president and treasurer of Aviation Sales Inc and Helicopter Sales Inc. Alice also worked as an Administrative Assistant for Haskins Laboratories in New Haven, CT and later became an Executive Assistant of Dr. Caryl Haskins. She lived in Guilford for over thirty-five years and was a longtime member of the First Congregational Church of Guilford where she was secretary to the Church Council and Board of Deacons for nine years. Over the years Alice volunteered much of her time to the American Red Cross, first in New York with the Red Cross Motor Corps and later with the CT Chapter Red Cross.
Funeral services will be held at the First Congregational Church, 122 Broad St, Guilford on Sunday, Nov. 23, at 1:30 pm. Burial will be held privately.
